We Can Choose How to Feel
Every day we have a choice about how to feel.
We can choose to get caught up in the fear of what is happening in the world, perpetuate that fear through own thoughts, word, gossip and deeds along with others....
Or we can choose to be peaceful. We can have meaningful conversations with people about how they are, how they are feeling. We can look for and talk about the positive, the people who show love and compassion everyday to help and support others. We can talk about how we want a peaceful world now and for future generations.
And if you think this is poppycock and does not make a difference, then let me remind you about how manifesting works.
Remember, manifesting is asking the Universe for something you want, believing and trusting it can happen and then you take your actions towards what you want, allowing the Universe to do its thing.
That applies to us as individuals but it also applies to a collective energy that exists in the Universe.
If there are more people focused on the fear and negativity then that is what the Universe mirrors back to us.
But there is another choice. Take your focus away from that and to other things and a new potential starts to take shape. When there are more of us focused on a new potential where there is peace, then the Universe starts to mirror that back to us.
If you feel helpless (and overwhelmed, worried, sad and angry) that you cannot do anything, then you can. Most of us have control over our thoughts, words and actions. You have more power than you perhaps realise.
If you are thinking, but we cannot just ignore what is happening in the world, I agree. But feeding the fear does not have to be our way.
